WE HAVE TWO ROLES TO FILL - THEY CAN BE FULL TIME OR PART TIME
Location: Reserve Road, Cheltenham
ROLE 1: ADMIN/BOOKKEEPER ROLE
- This will require good IT skills and involves maintaining and updating records in Spreadsheets and in our CRM system. We will provide training in these systems.
- It can be Part-time of Full-time
- Must have capability to work with Online Accounting system, and to prepare BAS returns.
ROLE 2: ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
- This will require good IT skills and involves maintaining and updating records in Spreadsheets and in our CRM system. We will provide training in these systems.
- It can be Part-time of Full-time
- This role will involve phoning members, updating business records and obtaining data files from members.
FOR PART-TIME ROLES:
- 20 hours per week
- Desirably 4 days x 5 hours - 9.30am to 3.00pm (30 min lunch)
- (The work can be done under a contract arrangement if you have an ABN)
